Dominick Calhoun: 4-Year-Old Allegedly Tortured to Death for Wetting Pants Posted by Edecio Martinez FLINT, Mich. (CBS/AP) Police say 4-year-old Dominick Calhoun was beaten for days as a punishment for urinating on himself before his dead body was discovered Sunday. PICTURES: Dominick Calhoun Sheriff Robert Pickell says the case "goes beyond torture." Brandon Hayes, the boyfriend of the boy's mother, was arraigned Thursday on charges of felony murder, child abuse and other crimes. Dominick was taken off life support Monday, a day after he was removed from the floor of an apartment in Argentine Township, south of Flint, Mich. The sheriff says the beatings began a week ago, April 8. What a horrible, horrible case! This mother and her boyfriend needs the DP w/o a doubt.
