Teenager shot dead in Big Pine Key By CAMMY CLARK
An 18-year-old was shot to death early Saturday near his grandmother's house on Big Pine Key, according to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office.
Frank Randleman Jr. was found dead at the Seahorse Campground after sheriff deputies responded to a 911 call reporting shots fired at 4 a.m.
The sheriff's office would not release further details. It said the shooting was still under investigation.
The Monroe County Medical Examiner's Office was to perform an autopsy.
