I agree with you both, but its not just the children that are at risk , its the young adult females as well. There are a lot of sick people out there .

While I applaud any organization that wishes to prevent further molestations by convicted molestors, I think the real issue to is try and stop it before it starts.

Prevention and Community Awareness is Key
I agree with Pook! But community involvement is also necessary through tougher sentencing, tracking. These crimes and their offenders need to be kept in the spotlight. They THRIVE in the shadows of secrecy and prey on our trust. They are PSYCOPATHIC there is no "understanding" them.
Every parent should read this http://www.abusewatch.ne/child_thesecret.php and everyone who cares about children needs to speak up. Where is the outrage BEFORE a murder?
