Default What Happen to Unsolved Mysteries ?

BTW,
What Happen to Unsolved Mysteries ?

For that matter What happened to The other one, . . Most Wanted ?

I plainly do not understand, I realize Robert Stack died, . . but what I can not understand is why two shows that apparently solve crimes, is no longer on the air, . .

from what I gather it was not because of viewer ratings !

There has got to be a good reason ?

But What is it ????

Maybe Professional crime didn't like these shows a whole lot, so they got rid of them, . .

No, that is a little to far out, . . .

That would be like saying Professional Crime is more powerful than the government, . . yep, . . that is a little to far out ??!!

Not sure if it still is or not, but US, with a new host, was on WGN, i think for a while in syndication. I haven't seen AMW for years, but I thought it was still on Fox.

I think it aired here last week.

I live in the US in Ohio and AMW is on every saturday. God bless John Walsh and the good he does. Unsolved Mysteries was on for a while a couple of years ago but seemed to do more repeat stories and stories on ufo's and such rather than crime. the only thing the networks are interested in is the money. if a show isnt pulling it in, its gone.

A public Station should be started up and show a Crimes that are unsolved, Maybe created like a combination of Unsolved Mysteries, Crime News Tips and Most Wanted, . . I think it would pull in the viewers, haven't you noticed how many programs are going forensic, its more like there teaching the American Public to do a perfect crime. But there seems to be so much more benefit for unsolved crimes to be shown. I wish I had backers, I'd love to be a producer for a show like that.

BTW. How about crimes that are unsolved Capital crimes that get to be twenty and thirty years old, many states do not have a Public information office, recently, I made inquiries to a case that is thirty years old, and submitted to, "Right to Know in the county where the womans body was found, they would not release any information and told me that the State Police in Pa. and N.J. were in charge of the case. Which puzzles me because the woman was from NY or it seems that she was an airline stewardess abducted from there, . . so spanning more than one state I can not understand why the FBI are not in charge of the case.

I really, think that when a case gets to be that old that the, "people", should have some rights, someone must step forward and speak out against the, rights we have that need to benefit the people.

While more freedoms are protecting criminals, more crimes are committed and less Law enforcement means less capabilities and more crime.
