Andi is now an Angel who was taken from her family far too soon. She was a beautiful twelve year old girl, filled with love and life, happily living each day to the fullest. By all accounts she was a little Sweetheart and a much loved child. Andi loved everyone and had dedicated her life to God, something that she took quite seriously. She had a wonderful warm spirit and adored children and animals, and they, in turn, loved her back.
Andi participated in many school activities and had many friends. She was a very responsible young lady who helped out at home and with her younger siblings. She also talked and laughed and played with her friends like all the other girls her age.
All of this happiness ended when Andi was abducted from her home on May 15, 1999 in Grannis, Arkansas, a rural community in the Southwestern part of the state. Her battered body was found three days later in Oklahoma after her uncle by marriage confessed to her murder and led law officers to her.
Undoubtedly, her family suffers daily for this horrible crime that a human monster has inflicted upon them. I'm sure that at times it must be almost more than they can bear.
Hopefully, in the near future that monster will be gone from this Earth, and in the place where he belongs, so Andi and her family can at last be at peace.
